Work directly with Coach Gabriel through structured basketball skills training focused on fundamentals, mechanics, decision-making, and game application.
Athletes receive individualized instruction and feedback while developing skills that translate to competitive play.

Meet Coach Gabriel Van Guse
25+ Years of Basketball Coaching
Coach Gabriel has more than 25 years of experience coaching basketball at the youth, middle school, high school, and college levels.
As the Founder and Lead Skills Development Coach of FIP Elite Academy, Gabriel specializes in basketball fundamentals, individual player development, confidence building, and long-term athletic growth.
His experience includes six years as a high school head coach, two years as a college head coach, and serving as a basketball director for PenMet Parks.
Before becoming a coach, Gabriel was an accomplished player himself. He was a PCL League MVP and two-time PCL All-League selection at Peninsula High School before playing college basketball at Tacoma Community College, where he earned NWAC All-League honors.
Today, his focus is helping the next generation of basketball players develop the skills, mindset, discipline, and confidence to reach their potential.
